Six leadership principles are also anchored in the Geberit Compass: Focus, Decisiveness, Performance, Empowerment, Resilience, Communication. They form the basis for the effective management of employees and the exercise of professional responsibility.

Our Code of Conduct forms the basis for our daily work. It contains all important rules of behaviour and guidelines.
